Red vs. White and White vs. Red
The epic showdown between Matt Bonner and Brian Scalabrine begins with Bonner - a 71 overall rating - missing the do or die shot for ball. Scalabrine - rated at 64 - takes advantage of the opening possession by dribbling around a lot, then getting his first shot attempt swatted. He rebounds, then short-rims the put-back. This opening sequence pretty much sums up the match. Notice how hard Scalabrine falls for Bonner's pass-fake at the very end of the clip; then, think about that for a minute.
After a couple easy layups, MB is up by two. BS doesn't like that; so, BS makes MB pay. Not only does Scalabrine posterize Bonner; but, he also kicks the ball to the other end of the bleachers; and, he makes Bonner get it. Payback's a bitch, right? Yes, BS, it sure is...
On the very next play - Scalabrine's second chance at starting with the ball - Dr. Bonner performs a bit of an ego-ectomy to help Scalabrine with the swelling. Eerily similar to the last time BS had outs, I know. But, Bonner follows up this particularly nice swat with a long range... buzzer beater? Wait. There's no shot clock; and, if there were, it would be around 21 when he jacks this 30-footer. Again, fairly indicative of the rest of the game.

if the all-lacktion game is that rimtastic, I'm going to be delighted.
yo, for real, Scalabrine short-rimmed at least 8 or 9 layup/bunny attempts. I'll get the rest of the lowlights and the final stats up probably tomorrow (unless I can get off work early tonight).
I wonder how long of a video Blogger's system lets you upload, as opposed to Youtube's general 10 minute limit...
YT will probably be easier for sharing a full (or most of) single game, while the Blogger system looks oriented to quick lowlights.
yeah, that 10 second clip did take a long time to upload. I'll see how the 1:16 lowlight reel I put together loads onto youtube. I can't wait for 'bawful to approve my third attempt at linking to myself. I wonder if I pulled it off this time...
